A visit of H.E Min Khin, Minister of Cult and religious affair of Cambodia to Al-Serkal mosque building

On 16 August 2014 afternoon, HE Min Khin Minister of Cults and Religious affair, Chairman of Al- Serkal Mosque construction committee and H.E Datok Oknha Othsman Hassan Minister attached to the Prime Minister of Kingdom of Cambodia and the Deputy of Al- Serkal Mosque construction committee also had make visit to the mosque building which almost to be finalized the construction end of 2014.

H.E Min Khin HE Min Khin Minister of Cults and Religious affair of Cambodia has expressed a very pleasure for religion sector accomplishment which has sprung up in the center of Phnom Penh city, designed following to the luxury Islamic features and vast scale, which is considered among the levels of International mosque.

Also, this mosque is the generosity gift of a businessman from the United Arab Emirates, Mr Isa Nasir Al- Serkal.  According to an interview with  television reporters, H.E Oknha Datok Othsman Hassan Minister attached to the Prime said this national mosque was about $ 2.6 million dollars, including a state budget on tax declaration around 400 thousands USD. Minister has presented the appreciation to the donors, and Cambodian Government lead by Samdech Hun Sen the Prime Minister of Cambodia who has been supporting and providing opportunities for religious activities in Cambodia, Islam is a part of the attention and rights of freedom to be provided a warmest horribly. H.E minister added that, this mosque beside  a places of worship, it is also a tourism base as a cultural center for local and international visitors to discover Islamic culture  in Cambodia and a testament to the progress of culture, inter-religious who were well cared for by the Royal Government of Cambodia.
